Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and cost estimates.
Support site activities, including supervising ELV system installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support smooth project delivery.
Identify and report any technical issues or discrepancies encountered during design, implementation, or post-installation.
Assist in maintaining project documentation, including drawings, reports, and inspection forms (RFIW).
Support the preparation of Testing & Commissioning (T&C) forms, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and As-Built drawings for project handovers.
Participate in Testing & Commissioning (T&C) processes and system training with clients.
Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies on-site.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.

Supervise construction works and projects at site including supervising general workers and monitor subcontractors to meet proposed schedule.
Review and study drawings to ensure work accuracy and efficiency.
Assist and report to Project Manager and attend site meeting, if necessary, in order to liaise effectively with all level management and consultants for smooth progress.
Monitor of site materials.
Prepare related document e.g. site daily report, weekly report, RFIW (inspection form) and timely update of work to superior or management.
Perform site inspection with clerk of work and main-con.

Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in relevant field OR at least two (2) years working experience, preferably in an Extra Low Voltage (ELV) construction environment.
Have good self- discipline, accountability and able to work under pressure.
Effective site management skills and knowledge in reading construction plans.

Technician
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and service ELV systems (CCTV, access control, PA system, structured cabling, etc.).
Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV equipment.
Support engineers and supervisors in daily site activities.
Perform regular maintenance and repair works when required.
Prepare service reports and update project documentation.
Undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant minimum 1-2 experience in ELV systems is an added advantage.

Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software.
Prepare multiple version of drawing for review by supervisors.
Assist and coordinate with designers and engineers.
Revise drawings and layouts to accomodate changes and enhancements.
To receive, record update and file all project documents and drawing.
To assist in compiling Operation & Manuals (O&M)
